Do not buy from these people.....I have now been waiting nearly 10 months for them to fulfil my order......and the order happens to be these 'box sets' they are now selling.
They have told me that they will ship my order in October.....they have given me 5 previous shipping months!

You do not even know what you are buying as the text that accompanies the images is gibberish.

I cannot believe that the artists get involved with this outfit.

Such a shame as the roster of artists is great but everything else sucks.

Would suggest against giving this company your money/business. For reasons listed here and in many other threads about their products.

so what did you guys receive?

they will just delete your facebook posts (done to me tons). I ordered a fin dac and its be months now...I was simply trying to find out the edition size etc to no avail, which as far as I can tell was just a efw month long timed release > then they print em. These guys are the definition of a SHIT business with shady marketing, lack of details, and months upon months of waiting if you even get anything. It really is mind blowing how they do not step it up because obviously they have connections no reason to be so freaking shady.

actually months ago they released these faile "boxes" people on EB have been waiting almost a year or some crazy shit for the first "set" of whatever the hell they were selling.

Only 'untilyou get your order' MJ - so you'd recommend them afterwards?!?
I've never bought anything from them and wouldn't touch them with a barge-pole. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to work out why. There's more avoidable reasons than a walking through a minefield blindfolded.

Have to agree with everything that has been said, they are very difficult to deal with. After several experiences with them i will never buy again.
These sets look nice but what exactly would you be buying. I have had a look but all i can tell is that you recieve it printed in 4 different language's and you get a print, a poster and a large sticker but no details as to which print, poster or large sticker or info on sizes or print quality or paper stock ect. All things we look for before buying.

Also a word of caution to anyone who has not bought from them before, although the quality of their releases are good they tend to print their Laminate Most Wanted motif in the corners of the releases.

I am also still waiting for my Rone print ordered back in April, they are apparently waiting to be signed; still!!

They sound like a horror story, wouldn't buy regardless of what they are selling.

I'm posting this everywhere that the Laminate Media name appears so apologies if you keep seeing it.

I've been having issues with Laminate for the best part of a year and should have know they were trouble when it took forever to get the signed Geddes & Josh Keyes magazines etc before this order.
I paid for 3 x Faile Special Editions back in early December 2012…….long story short after numerous delays and promises of shipping dates etc a package arrived yesterday over a year since my order.
Inside the package was 1x magazine in a badly printed unsigned Faile box….and that's it….I paid £141 all in for that.
So I kicked off (again) and I also emailed Geddes, Josh Keyes and Faile copying in Laminate so everything was transparent – I explained the situation and so far Geddes & JK have very kindly replied and without going into too much detail I'm sure both of them will not be working with Laminate again……we also know that there were issues with the Sandra Chevrier release. I have not heard from Faile yet.

Overnight I received a refund for £94 which covers 2 of my missing orders – I have asked for a refund of the remaining £47 + £10 to send the one I have received back to him in Hull.
As yet he hasn't refunded this amount.

Anybody thinking of ordering from this company needs to think twice – as do any artist thinking about working with him – they are going to be exploited for his financial gain.

I've posted on his FaceBook but he just deletes the comments……and yesterday he had to turn off the 'comments' part of his whole FaceBook as I bombarded him and he couldn't keep up!

For anybody else having issues I have his new postal address in Hull which I will forward – there was a mobile phone number but no surprise that it's unrecognised.

josh keyes said a few months back that he doesn't receive any percentage on the sales, only a complimentary copy... He is aware of the issues with Laminate and hopefully he will soon end this collaboration...  He is damaging his reputation to ally with that kind of people imo.

that's what I keep wondering. Doesn't make sense at all but it does happen again and again 

They emailed me last week saying they were sorting it. They refuse to bloody refund you, it drives me mad!
