But I did find the piece a bit boring, bit of a one note joke...just wasn't really synched well although I'm sure the bugs were worked out. But I don't think this detracts from Banksy or this show...as I said to my gf if I went to The Met to see the Vermeer show I'd think some great, some less so. Ha ha let's not even talk Matthew Barney!

I myself am enjoying the whole thing, was surprised a little at todays but i do like it, probably surprise due to the over excitement yesterday and waiting for the piece last night (UK).

Just chatting. I think the entire-day build-up sorta hurt this one. That, and the many leaks throughout the day. Sucked a lot of the surprised joy out of it, unfortunately. Ya know? I personally felt a tinge of deflation once it was revealed to in fact be the reaper piece -- although once the footage and song et al., came together I did love the entire package. |
