The plain silhouette of Banksys first images throwing up something very beautiful ( flowers ). Better out than in could be all the stuff /ideas/ pieces that he has never put our before because they aren't what you would expect from him, but He just needs to get it it out there. My tuppence worth . Looking forward to this .

Obama was elected using the HOPE slogan promising change to the American people and the world. Well now in his second term Obama has done absolutely nothing proving to be a lame duck President filled with empty HOPE. Also with the ongoing Syria debacle Obama seems to fall in the footsteps of the previous president. All the Americans can do is HOPE that Obama's term is coming to an end. So, a kid vomiting flowers holding a spray can with the words HOPE behind him....to me, makes sense.

You don't have to hope that, as a US president can only have two terms, so yes being in his second it is in effect coming to an end.
I think though your aiming too low with your critique, yes obviously Obama came in on a wave of 'hope' that has been dashed not only by the US version of democracy but also his own shortcomings...but wishing him out to be replaced by another politician isn't exactly solving the problem, just changing the cause!
This piece works on a few different levels, from some basic meanings such as a 'throw up' in graffiti, to street art looking better on a street, to the phrase 'better out than in' alluding to throwing up, to hope being a dashed cause not only in politics but also in street art and many other places...there's plenty more to discuss...but it's best people get back to their controversy around cyw prices and hoping for a new print release.
