Its position on the Rune Wheel is 11 (October 11th?).
It means "Sun" (LA?)

It reminds me of a few vomiting stencils, SPQR, etc (nothing wrong with that of course). I'd love to see some new Banksy works. Just seeing them would be nice. This isn't really saying all that much though.
I'll agree that some of Banksy's stuff is very funny and very clever but this isn't one of them.
I was expecting more from him to be honest. He's capable of better and after such a long wait he could have done better.
