Hush just created a Huge install of 8 murals in TAO Downtown, NYC before he returns to London for his solo show with the Outsiders Gallery (London) 31st Oct 2013.

TAO Downtown held a blowout bash for its grand opening Saturday night at the Maritime Hotel in NYC’s Chelsea neighborhood, marking TAO’s second NYC location.


Katie Holmes, Cameron Diaz, Sofia Vergara, Gerard Butler and Brooke Shields, were among the celebs who came out to fete the club’s owners, The Strategic Group’s Noah Tepperberg and Jason Strauss, on their new 30,000 square foot venue designed by architect David Rockwell with art murals by HUSH.


It was also date night for many celebrity couples including, Alicia Keys and Swizz Beatz, who headed to the party after Keys’ performance in Central Park. Other couples included Katrina Bowden and husband Ben Jorgenson, Olivia Munn and Joel Kinnman, Erin Heatherton and her boyfriend, and Jamie Chung and Bryan Greenberg.


In the main room, Debra Messing joined Kelly Rutherford and posed for photos. Naomi Campbell danced while Samantha Ronson played the first DJ set of the night. Later in the evening, DJ Vice took the stage and Ashanti jumped in the DJ booth.


Other guests included Will.i.am, Gayle King, Tyson Beckford, Dylan McDermott, Todd English, Maxwell, Priyanka Chopra, Anthony Mackie, Colin Egglesfield, Perez Hilton,Kid Cudi, Kelly Bensimon, Michael Shannon, Lukas Haas, Charlotte Ronson, Russell Simmons, members of Kings of Leon and Lily Aldridge, Emily Ratajkowski, Vanessa Ray, Lisa Hochstein, Chris Santos, Winklevoss brothers, and Nicky Hilton.
