Hi guys, Sandra will not be part of the mag and she will not signed anymore prints (She only did 10 handfinished prints for free because they don't pay the artists).
She's really sorry about that but she thought it was a great opportunity to be part of a ''mag'' featuring Faile and Hush but unfortunately Laminate still Laminate and with all the bad customer's response she decided to cancel her participation.

Sandra did 10 handfinished prints but she was asking to signed 140 more prints for Free to be part of a ''mag'' that we know nothing about except some colors pics of a magazine in progress that is still in progress since almost a year now.They said the print will be sent with the mag but now it appears they are selling the prints to pay for the mag without giving any $ to the artists involved.She wasn't aware of the bad customer service when she said yes but now she's feeling really uncomfortable with her participation in this project. I know another artist also cancelled his participation!Sorry for all any inconvenience but she thinks it was the best thing to do. |

Yeah. I most definitely remember warning her of Laminates awful reputation. Was surprised to hear she was doing a print release with them anyway. Not so surprised to hear she's pulling out of the deal!

I don't think that's entirely fair. I was one of the people who warned her and she did reply. She said she'd look into it. And now it's cancelled. So that could have played a part.

I think you'd be better off contacting Jean Pascal and asking what he has on hand. He might be able to find an AP for less than Laminate is charging for a print you might never see. |
