I know its slightly larger and its a porfolio. but the sold record of paper smile wasn't that impressive. It would be good for collection, not sure if it mantains the value or making money of it. As said from others, 24K could buy some cool original or others more important artist's prints. e.g Kusama, Warhol, Murakami..

I'm inclined to agreed with you, johnnyh. It's hard to imagine many of these sets being hung or looked at over the years to come. I don't really 'get' Kaws' work though and maybe I'd see things differently if I could appreciate what he's trying to do.

If you look at expressobeans prices for the Spongebob and Glass Smile prints they rarely make as much as $2000 (glass smile a bit more)... now he's releasing 1200 at $2400 each!
I hope a bunch of these turn up on eBay as individual prints, and don't reach $2400.
They do look nice, but I think he'll flood his market... and hopefully his other prints will come down in price.

Regardless of whether my bag or not can understand somebody buying an original sticking it on the wall and enjoying it think these will be just stacked away and traded.
