I agree, London only, Japan only.. What about the fans who made the artist in the first place? If they are not in London or Japan (which most people really aren't), then they don't matter? I like this print, but I will probably not go for it, as it seems the artist don't want me to have it.
That said, if memory serves me right, London is a fairly large city, good luck if you are going to chase it, you're going to need it.

I don't think that it's a farce, just very clever.
Does seem to be geared for the artist and not his fans.
Both prints (which are really really good) have been released in a way to maximize demand for the artist.
It is extremely frustrating for the 99% of people that would love one but have very little chance of actually getting one though.
