Was really fun to see how he works looking forward to the finished piece  Is he still working from images on his phone?
This time he had a printed out picture. Pretty impressive to just look at a picture of a horse and end up with this.

This is a pretty clever idea I think.. While everyone was expecting a print or something along those lines, this came out like a nice original little present... Also, the fact that there are only 50 of these, and they are all personalized makes that much more special I think..

His smaller works now go for over Β£4000 from a gallery, the only problem i can see happening is that he limits his market potential because of the costs of his work. If he regularly produces affordable prints in the future then the sky is the limit but judging by his releases i would have my doubts. It will be also interesting to see what happened when his work evolves and moves on from his current style.
For me he is a nice investment as even if you don't make any money you will have a stunning piece of work to admire

I would say he's one of the candidates that may bring in some big bucks in the future. Unfortunately you don't get so much higher prices by painting outside (unless you're Phlegm and refuses to do anything on canvas and collectors is going mad when he rejects their insanely high offers). Hopefully DAL will do some great gallery shows in the future, his show at Jonathan Levine was great, but I'm a bit sceptic to an Outsiders show in Newcastle..
