This meant their "IT" department couldn't log in and properly turn on the proper homepage banner and the ability to actually purchase the print. When people turned away (there was a period the site was loading within seconds, rather than 15-30s) and they were able to get into the admin section they turned everything on and available. And in that brief moment it sold out.... It's another reason why some sort of lottery system would be so much more efficient. Unfortunately, going that route means less hype, less pr, less exposure for the site... mean less likely.
