(not part of the unsigned edition). i always assumed it was worth maybe $400. but given this im thinking its way more. or tender forever?

Tender Forever sells for about the same... nice print.
Mermaid, sells for less because it's a Pictures on Walls print and doesn't have the feel of a real, dirty Faile print. $400 is probably about right... maybe up to $500 though.

The problem with Tender Forever is it's a dude. I get the feeling that most people collecting Faile prints are guys. And most guys would rather have a picture of a woman on their wall than a half-naked dude.

My guess is it's your credit card declining the sale. They do that sometimes with large, overseas purchases. It looks like fraud. Maybe give them a call and make sure it's cleared with them.
