Only took 3 weeks at customs :-( Spoke to Miss on monday and she was set to mail another out - hoping I got her before she posted. Dread, You had customs issues? I currently have an Invader print that has been in customs for 11 days? I get a lot of stuff overseas and this is first for me... I started an investigation today. Was there a reason given as to why they held yours so long? I had 2 pieces in customs for a few weeks in Spain, but they are known for that and I no longer will send there 
Never had a piece sit there for this long. Got the notification on Dec.19th and it was sitting there since. Filed a claim with USPS over a week ago(which was totally worthless). After never getting back to me I called on Monday for them to tell me they cant do anything and I should have seller(Miss) file a claim with Royal Mail. She called them and they were equally useless and she decided to send me another print later this week(hopefully she didnt send it out). Saw on EB that several other peoples prints were being held in customs but none as long as mine. The whole process is f&@cked. No reason was given and never got any emails that it had cleared customs and was out for delivery. Luckily I was home.

Like all of us on here, I would much rather have the art than my money back.

I have had to deal with this before. It happens. What you should do is tell them that you want a refund within 72 hours for the purposes of resending the payment to open up a new payment claim window. That allows them enough time to transfer the cash into their account if needed. Then just send the payment as a new transaction. That will open up a new payment window with paypal and the 45 day period in which you can file a claim starts again. If the seller is on the up and up there really should be no problem.

So after I send a print to my buyer, I'm supposed to rely on faith that after I refund them and lose total control of the transaction, that they are going to repay me? I would tell you to open a dispute like a normal person, which protects you for an additional 20 calendar days. If at the end of the 20 days you still didn't have a print, you would escalate to a claim.
