Hush small original works, by svenman on Nov 25, 2013 13:43:37 GMT 1, There seems to be a little bit of a buzz about Hush at the moment, so i thought i'd bring the fact that we have 2 great Hush original pieces of artwork available from the Wider Than A Postcard exhibition from earlier this year.
Each piece is 7x5 inches, and is 2 sided. Hush sent the pieces through the postal service around 17 times, building up layers as it went... Quite remarkable.

Each are unique pieces, heavily textured / layered and are $500 each.

There's pages and pages of great stuff in the show as a whole. some real gems still available.
I've had a few pms about these original pieces asking about the medium. There's a mixture of screen print, collage and handpainted elements to these works. He made 7 works i think, mailed them to himself 7 times over the course of 14 days and kept adding more layers of paint by hand.
then he cut them up and collaged the artworks into 3 unique pieces.
They're great abstracts of his newer imagery and are absolutely unique, original artworks.
