Whoever is doing it france is using their own stencils (all be it in a similar style to Banksy, but as we know thats OK otherwise Dolk wouldn't exist), and as far as i can see as yet they're not making money, so i don't agree with you.

It's not really like that is it though. Someone has got up off their arse and gone out and cut the stencils and found suitable locations to spray them and has done so.
