Quick Question Re: Storing Art Flat, by sufsean on Dec 18, 2013 16:04:39 GMT 1, Hey everyone,
Sorry this might be in the wrong area--but I'll be quick.
What's the best way to store an art print flat?
Also--is there a simple way or thing I can buy at a store that would do the job? Like one of those big flat art holders?
What's the "correct" way in preserving?
Let me know- thanks again!
Sean

Quick Question Re: Storing Art Flat, by cashewman on Dec 18, 2013 16:37:53 GMT 1, Just did this myself.
For the small to large pieces, got a cardboard museum storage box ($40). For extra large, I got acid-free 30x60" board, folded it in half, and taped the edges (carefully, with appropriate tape). Then, in between each piece for both I lay folded archival acid-free paper.
So far so good, and not too expensive.
