San Francisco Piece Defaced, by chinorlz on Dec 31, 2013 4:52:29 GMT 1, Just got back from a few days in SF and stopped by his piece in the Mission district only to find that probably just a day or two ago someone attempted to deface his bird piece.
acrylic paint soaked toilet paper was thrown up to spatter the bird. Easy restore though if/when anyone gets around to it. Nice to see the remaining Banksy up in San Francisco... saw an old Swoon piece in an alley in the Mission along with a lot of local works as well. The Blek piece at the base of the Banksy is ace!

Whats the backstory on these, does anyone know?
