Fairly easy to do, I've done it a few times. Double check the deadline but that sounds about right. Just say you haven't received the goods and had no response for the seller, then the seller has x amount of days to respond then paypal make the decision on your case. Think that's about right anyway |

The good thing is that it blocks their account so it will be important for them to solve the problem

It is really easy and worked good for me... I think the deadline is between 40-45 days... The good thing is that it blocks their account so it will be important for them to solve the problem |

BTW, they have a whole series or collection of books published with 52 pages, some original art and a 35 EUR price tag (see "collection 35"). So the price fits into that scheme.

I think we just need to be more patient and according to the other releases, they all come with an original drawing.Have a look at their facebook page you will see some examples.

That's right, there is no "lottery"... Their own english translation is exactly what is written in french. I just contact them through the website and I'll come back if I have some news. If someone needs help in translation you can contact me

It's not the wait that is the issue. It has more to do with sending direct emails, sometimes across multiple domains and none of us has had a single reply. That is the unusual part. Small businesses are usually easier to contact than large, especially when customers are asking how to send MORE money. 
I'll give it until my window at Paypal almost runs out.
