I ordered back in early Jan., but never got more than an order confirmation. I checked the website today and was surprised to see that the book is still showing as available for pre-order and still says, "Release scheduled for January 10, 2014."

How hard is it to send an email to those who have pre-ordered to explain shipping will be delayed and give us an idea of when the books will be shipped? Not hard at all. Simply updating the web page would do the trick. The message doesn't need to be longer than what I just wrote right here. |

Just as an update, even after the claim filed still NO response from the vendor. I am 100% sure they will not respond. I believe they have a week.
Maybe the person is ill or something serious?
