well it had to happen didn't it.
why have it outside when it can be brought inside.. get the kettle on .. feet up, kind of thing ?
on the other hand .. it can only act as a ... lever to "encourage" "people" to be more "creative" .. with their placement... (failing that, only do MASSIVE works... which won't fit into the average atrium)
suggestions ?
have i used enough quotes "above".. ?

I'm also certain that all the same people owns street art prints located within their comfy walls. I dont really see the big difference.
In my eyes the perp just destroyed a piece of art.
