i find that as unbelieveable as people flipping the print onto ebay faster than i can run/jog the 100 metres!!

I find it also hard to believe and I just posted about it in the other thread. Pretty sure if everyone was instead talking about how this print would be worth 1000s of dollars that you'd be seeing a lot less "buyer's remorse" and a lot more posts about how happy they all were to be getting one!

Well the fact of the matter is that Faile is infamous for selling the prints at the current market value for them. With this being a nyc print, recent hype, charity event, it all makes sense, which can mean yes you might find some for below cost but if you didn't like the image why did you buy a Faile?

Unless of course it's a banksy and then its a race to the finish.

Don't forget the Momento Mori Remix (edition of 8) cost ยฃ1250 and the original went for a round triple that, it still was a good buy. Yes a little over the odds but still good. and now makes the Strange Encounters look real good.

I made this mistake with Strange Encounters and that was only ยฃ300! Thankfully I didn't buy this print. I think this print is going to be a real tough print to flip once people have time to actually think about it on ebay and not the manic oh my god F5 panic on POW.

It's quite evident by the amount of people already selling it on ebay or putting up on offer on this forum  And no I only buy prints I like, even if they're by artists I like. I haven't sold it - although a member contacted me and wants it however, that was about a minute after I emailed POW. I don't even know if I still have it - I emailed POW, as I said, and explained they can take it back if they'd like and refund me - I have not heard back at all - maybe they won't refund me and I'll have the print - at this point - if I end up with it, I'll likely keep it - but, it's just so dark - it's not something I'd ever frame and that's not right either so, I don't know - I don't want it to sit in mylar when someone who actually likes the image could get some enjoyment out of it, framed on their wall.
