No beef - but find it a bit weird. I’m not really that price sensitive so if I’d been told it was currently likely to go at £x I’d have either said a) I’ll match/beat that or b) it’s too rich for me but goood luck with the sale. But this weird fetish to avoid pricing anything just puts people off. Everyone knows full well what they value a piece at or what they want for it - how about just say it and get on with selling/buying rather than trying to perpetuate this pointlesss charade.
