Hahaha ok I thought you were trolling before and now with that post you just confirmed. You really are new to the scene huh? The twins have been around longer than banksy. There's a reason banksy asked them to collaborate with him at his latest show.
And I have a Sam3 original piece and a blu etching. Neither of those artists touch the twins in terms of where they are in their careers. Both incidentally are incredibly nice and approachable.

The money was deducted from my account, and subsequently refunded, BUT...because of the time between when I thought I had purchased the print and when the money was refunded, the exchange rate had fluctuated so this is now a USD 300+ loss for a non-purchased print.
What to do?? Any advice???

Nightmare 
Well what they should do is offer everyone they oversold to and took the payment first refusal on the next Os Gemeos print (yes, I'm one of them), or do an edition similar to what Faile did with Hits & Crashes (great guys). But my experience so far suggests nothing like that will happen.
Oh, and they should cover your exchange rate loss - email and tell them - will probably have to do a few times and then get a bit moody with them to get any kind of reply :/

The fact that Os Gemeos are not big or important in your eyes, doesn't make any difference for the rest of the world, so you should stop fighting the windmills. Comparing them to Ericailcane or SAM3 is just hilarious. Talking about them being hyped up is a bit retarded to say the least. And the fact that Banksy did a collab piece with them (one of the few collabs he ever did), should be an eye opener for you alone. Think about it!
Just accept that you don't know/like em as much as many other people out there, and move along. It's really as easy as that.
