Well basically paypals fees are high and it takes from the charity total, also there is the possibility of chargebacks which is a shitty thing to do, but some people are shitty!
As for overseas bidders, i will accept bids from anyone, but i didnt want to accept overseas bids as i dont want to accept paypal and that is the only way overseas bidders can usually pay
However, i have had to rethink this as ultimatly this will affect the totals more than a paypal ban, so all further auctions will accept paypal and any bidders. Sorry for the initial mistake, but its a lerning curve, i just didnt want to have to fly to, say, italy to kick the crap out of someone for doing a chargeback
all the auctions will go up tomorrow, thursday and friday
