This release is an edition of 70 unique pieces, as the artist will hand finish each of the prints with watercolor details. The prints are 2 color hand pulled screens on high quality Schoellershammer 4G, 250 gsm paper measuring 102 x 73 cm (40.15 x 28.74 inches). Each edition is signed and numbered by the artist, has an embossed stamp and is accompanied by Certificate of Authenticity. The prints will be available on Thursday, December 4th

I like the melancholy tone of the print but it's quite big, especially if framed. I wonder if he'll sign/number below the image or at the bottom of the print. Would make quite a big difference if you're going to put matte it.

I don't see too many people hanging a huge print of a tire pile on their wall with tons of margin, despite the meaning. Then again we have people snapping up cows with flags and everything tagged post-photoshop...so what do I know?

I think this is one of his weaker works. I found several of his other originals more compelling (but just my opinion). No doubt at that stage I'll regret that I didn't buy something, anything of his while I potentially could. But partly because of the oceans of space on the print โ with the signature right at the extreme bottom of it โ and partly because it is essentially a picture of lots of tyres, I'm not sure I'd want it as a long-term feature on my wall. Could change my mind, but those are my initial thoughts.

It would have looked fantastic if it was full bleed with torn edges. Saying that, it's not too late to make improvements to the sheet. They would just need to be trimmed and re-signed/stamped.

I agree that the signing of it in the middle would have allowed a more landscape framing but I'd like the think it's all the artists preference to have it that way. I hope I'm lucky enough to grab one. I'm sure there'll be more than enough people chasing this print.

Some of his canvas are good, but the best ones are normally finished off by something off them and on the wall. I really hope he can find the solution to this as I love his street work and some of the originals |

yeah. was looking forward to the print, but easy pass. also echo the sentiment that others have stated as to maybe his style won't translate to print. guess i'll just wait until the next release to find out. so far, i haven't been crazy about either of them.
