Based on my experience dealing with he and Stephany over email. And based on the idea that this is what he plans on doing with the money now. I can and did call it fraud until he proved otherwise. He's found a way out (it would seem) but that doesn't mean his initial idea was something different. There are many ways to defraud - true that some are unintentional and others naivety. His were both of the latter.

In any event, at least now he's upfront about all of it. Even though its a ludicrous business model he's stated where the money will go.

theres no difference in the shirts. It's just based on what you would like to donate. Like if you want to donate but don't have much $ you go for t1. If your feeling genius then t2 etc as he said. The image on all versions is the same

It will be interesting to see what happens. Frankly i would be surprised if they dont get TMFed for 35k in chargebacks in a single day. The instant paypal refunds would indicate that it had already been escalated quite high within paypal. I also dont think that BNE quite knows how bad a spot a TMF/MATCH listing will put him in. Charit:water asking him not to fund-raise for them is the least of his worries

It's a legitimate purchase to a for profit business now. I was ok when it was 100% going to charity (really only $60 of the $80) but the fact that he now changed it again to where he isnt donating any more money (since he already made the 35k donation) I am done. Refund requested. Good luck all and hope whoever sticks it out gets something they like! |

they have had had 'unique hologram tag' for authenticity the whole time. From the original drop. To the refunded drop etc. and there's still 3 colours in each of the price brackets. Likes mentioned the only reason there is different prices is just an offer of how much you are willing/can afford to pay.
