That was it.... Now i have no idea... I want to hear BNE's response to the latest developments. Also interested in Invader, Obey and Faile's opinions...

I'm not too pleased.
I left my t shirt money cos the money had gone to the charity.
I can't remember when the release was but I'm sure the dispute period has cone to an end.

I'll email BNE and ask for an explanation. If the charity does not have the money BNE should have told us that when the charity cancled the donation...

I emailed Faile about an hour ago about the missing COA. I haven't heard back. In the meantime, I checked their Facebook and Instagram pages, the posts about the COA have been removed. They know something they're not telling us. My guess is they've figured out more than 100 shirts are going out. Which I wouldn't mind if the money went to charity. But that's pretty iffy at this point. 

Since becoming aware of the various issues around the charity collaboration with BNE, we’ve been working behind-the-scenes to resolve the situation. Unfortunately though, final decisions and control of the project’s operation are managed by BNE directly.

For example, it was very important to us that the edition size of 100 was honored, and we published Certificates of Authenticity (COA) in an effort to give everyone confidence that only 100 shirts were produced. While BNE initially agreed to issue the certificate, we learned that those were not distributed after hearing from fans that received the t-shirts without the documentation. We apologize if you have, in any way, been inconvenienced or disappointed by our involvement with this project.

We’ve always operated on a foundation of quality, trust and a deep appreciation for our fans. And, in the future, we will control our own charity projects to ensure a high level of integrity and transparency.

Hope you are well. Yes, they will not be accepting the collaborative tee donation, but as of this moment, the Faile, Invader and Shepard tee donations are still with them, you can see that here ( my.charitywater.org/bne ). As stated on our site, we will announce the new charity and exact amount raised soon. We need about another week to sort everything. How did you here about the charity not accepting the donation? We just got this news today.

Incredible!!! The story that just keeps giving! 

I got an email about paypal dispute time being increased to 180 days the other day, not sure if this would be included in that6, but i WILL be after a refund if he's got the donation back!! 

Couldn't look ANY shadier than by not telling people that!!! 

Looking forward to his response though!!

As for BNE, i think he should have learned by now that hiding is worse, but no.

I don't think it was a scam from the start, still think best intentions and all that. though he did seem to have lost the initial plot after shirtgate

But he clearly oversold all the t shirts. He's been found out because the collab artists wanted coa's so that their consciences were clear. BNE hasn't done that which shows he's produced more. Artists are now distancing themselves from the whole thing.

i realize this. i am not in any way opposed to charity:water or any other charity for that matter. i am just saying that BNE's so-called charitable effort is as non-transparent as it comes, and clearly suspect. there is no clear transparency as to how many shirts were sold, where certain funds went, etc etc.
