Someone is trying to sell me this Girl With Balloon, by quexzea on Mar 24, 2014 3:21:02 GMT 1, it's unsigned. The POW seal reads "pictures on walls dot com" it's the round seal and there are two * marks included with those words. It's an edition of 600. He has no paperwork.
the seal is the same one featured and pictured in this article. I found the article a bit confusing, so if someone could shed some light on this I'd be grateful.

He offered me to use an escrow account service so that I could have14 days to inspect the print before finalizing the payment. But 14 days are not enough to go through POW so I rejected the offer.
Do not buy! It is a scam!
