The size run is perfect IMO. The first 150 print had a run of 100. Bumping up the runs to 250 was the perfect run size for the price. If the upped the run they have to lower the price from $150.

thats 89 quid for a handfinished faile
quite frankly for that price they could make it an open edition and I would buy one.
+ the print will be selling on eBay for $400 odd anyway so why on earth should it be lowered they are obviously selling it under cost

You will have to go on their website and complete a form to be entered into the lottery tomorrow. At some point in the days following, they will begin emailing the lottery winners and provide a link to purchase the print, until it is sold out. With respect to color, you do not get a choice, if you purchase, you get whatever is in the tube they send to you. |

Hope this finds you well and enjoying Spring. It’s been a long, productive winter hibernating in the studio and we wanted to share a few new works on paper to come from this time.
Many of you are well familiar with the 150 series and today we are excited to share a new print in this set. Painted, printed, stained, stamped and signed these are powerful little prints. Originally, we planned to do 12 editions in the series, today we will release the sixth and we’ll see where the set goes from there. The new print features the Turf Wars image from the Where Wild Won’t Break exhibition at Dallas Contemporary last Fall and will be available as a lottery via store.Faile.net.
In addition, we're releasing two new original works on paper of Turf Wars, this will be buy now via PaperMonster.net. I know many of you have been in touch about hand-painted originals, so we will make some more available over the coming months with some of the newer images.
Also we have two show’s coming up this Summer, in Vienna and Edinburgh. Excited to share more information about those soon.

They call the 150 series a "Unique Edition of 250" and charge just $150... then the "Original" versions (bigger and more colourful, obviously) are $6500 !! What?
Also, when you think they sell the small puzzle boxes, which are truly one offs and appear to have a lot of work put into them, for $2500... where do they pluck $6500 from?
Perhaps if I had $6500 I wouldn't complain though! They do look good!!

I agree in terms of their work put into each of those "editions", but from a customer point of view... a $6350 price difference! I'm not sure.
But they've always done this kind of thing. I've been looking at My Confessions this week, and the standard edition was expensive at the time (and what stagnated prices I think), $1000... then the sprayed edition of 11 was $5600... and the 2 1/1s were $8000!*
