(Other than some arguments that maybe it was staged for a second better picture ) This was the beginnin of the end of a long tragedy .. not american patriotism. This event was owned by world war II .. and the 60+million people that died. Personally i really dont like coopting of this type of event to make any point other than to discuss the tragedy that is war.. as Ottomatik points out .. MBW is from France .. you might think someone in his family could educate him a bit about WWII - yes i know this was taken in the pacific theater. Taking imporant historical events and making them cute and filppant is not what i need on my walls. my .02cents. anddd.. discuss..

I don't think the 5th man is edgy. Not even close. Just a statement about how we go around sticking are flags into others ground, when it suits us. This isn't anti US to me, it could and might as well be the British flag.
I don't like death much or war in general.
