I would agree with you. He has had this happen often enough to know that the property owners often take advantage of his little "gift" on their property.
In the first hours of it's discovery I thought it was on THEIR (boxing club) wall. But do I care who took it? NO. I saw it happen over and over and over in NYC. My opinion: Who cares, it's a bit of spraypaint and fun
