If there is one thing I've learned, it is that you can never expect to get a dime for your framing costs when you sell the piece. Even worse, usually a framed piece will sell for less than a mint unframed piece, as there no way to verify the condition of the print in the frame if it stays in there.
I'm sure we've all been there. I know I have. It really is throwing good money after bad, though. the etching is small, but how many you see for sale? 1 (this one) in 3 years? and phlegm will not do draw
for sale anymore. so thats it. dont like the price dont buy. im always open to
discute about price, i accept offers, i always explain what my cost was (like i do with jameszee)
about frame you right, unframed mint its way better as any frame work, nothing news,

Now the prices are:
Etching - $700 (+$250)
Telescope drawing - $1,500 (+$700)
So essentially, you are valuing your frames at $250 and $700. If they didn't sell last time at the previous prices, what makes you think someone is going to buy at the new inflated prices?

I need a bookkeeper for my activity. are you interested?
again, nothing to do with frame, just realise that this piece are low valued imo.
