There is a funny pattern on ebay though.
I think when people posted here that idea painter was their favourite, the less informed lurkers based their purchasing on that hoping it would be popular on ebay.
However there is now 8 idea painters on ebay and no vandals.
Saw one pop up the other day which soon went in a private sale.
I guess the moral of this story is if there is another popular release, make out that your least favourite is infact your favourite and you might stand a chance at your real favourite.
Favourite.

Jboy I don't think the forum had any impact to what got bought first etc. a lot of Norwegians will love it because it has their flag. Not so sure why we love it so much? it does look great and I would hang it but it has a Norway flag. If I hung it here in England I would make te connection that it's the artists self portrait

Didn't manage to bag an Idea Painter on the day though - was stuck in the website meltdown, but have since had reassurances from HMP it wont happen the next time a print is released. |
