FIFA BRAZIL WORLD CUP 2014 , by .dappy on May 11, 2014 19:30:41 GMT 1, ... it's not too long to go now ... just 32 days ... and the premier league is over ... congrats to city ... so for all things that is the World Cup ...
If you have an android phone (sorry do not know about the iphone), then can I recommend the following app from the Google Play store:
World Cup 2014 Brazil by Jalvasco Apps
It gives you a countdown, news, history and best of all you can create your own tabs to follow, for example England (and other teams) giving who they are playing, when and where and kick off in your own 'local' time, eg UK time; you can select a tab for all Groups by 'day' so you look up all of the teams and matches for that day; and you can select a tab for the Groups themselves one or all so you can follow the league table(s).
All presented in greens and yellows to follow the Brazil flag. I also believe that you can select one or two different languages to set it up with eg French or German.ย Of course all apps will only be as good as if/when it keeps up to date once the tournament starts, but I like this one. ย

FIFA BRAZIL WORLD CUP 2014 , by Jeezuz Jones Snr on May 11, 2014 22:10:44 GMT 1, Well done man city, cracking season overall..
Looking forward to silly season/transfer market (it's already started). Every WC I get let down by Wales (we haven't qualified since 1958!!) so I suppose I will have to follow Australia and Ivory Coast as our striker Bony should be playing a few games, hopefully instead of drogba. the games on well early here in Oz, so going to have to get a WC room set up in the office at work.

FIFA BRAZIL WORLD CUP 2014 , by Deleted on Jun 11, 2014 0:14:48 GMT 1, I'm sort of a fair weather football fan. Here in the States, football is not that easy to follow, esp if you cut the cord to cable TV as we did 10 years ago. So I don't have a grasp well enough to make predictions but I am looking forward to the Cup and plan on following a majority of the games as we have done the last 2 world cups.
I'm guessing Brasil will go very far. They seem to have scored the easiest group.
After watching a bunch of Friendlies I'd say they major teams seemed to dialing their starting line ups and strategies and none seemed to be without weaknesses. I felt bad for Mexico, suffering so many injuries, and I think that will definitely handicap them going forward.

FIFA BRAZIL WORLD CUP 2014 , by johnnyh on Jun 11, 2014 10:23:22 GMT 1, Neymar for golden boot. Big tournament for him as at home I quite fancy him to become of of those Brazilian greats by having a top tournament.
Too close to call a winner but favs have to be Brazil. At home and have a really top side. Would doubt a European will win due to the weather the Spanish who I would fancy of the Europeans may be work to hard which leaves the Germans but their young side at the last World Cup is not so young anymore but they are always there in the semi's so Argentina, Brazil, Spain and Germany....no African team and do have a feeling one just might get to the semi's this time
So in answer to your question jeezuzjonessnr no f**kin idea who will win!! Can't wait crap times for games here in China but will be back in UK for most of it so good times beer and foota

FIFA BRAZIL WORLD CUP 2014 , by .dappy on Jun 13, 2014 21:44:47 GMT 1, I had a ยฃ10 win bet on mexico v camaroon, so a little bit happy
The next game I am looking at is ivory coast v japan ... I am edging towards Japan for a little wager, they always play good football, but any advice/views/chat is welcome.

FIFA BRAZIL WORLD CUP 2014 , by Ruggs on Jun 13, 2014 21:56:44 GMT 1, That Spain v Holland game is one of the best World Cup matches i've seen in a long time. Robben was superb and Van Persie's header was just brilliant. Holland were excellent, thoroughly deserved to win 5-1.

FIFA BRAZIL WORLD CUP 2014 , by Stoko on Jun 13, 2014 22:23:52 GMT 1, That was a great, great game. My 7 year old lad was transfixed; reckon he's got the football bug for good after this world cup. Then the disappointment descends of being brought up a Sunderland fanโฆ Any Social Workers on here? NSPCC?

FIFA BRAZIL WORLD CUP 2014 , by Finsbury on Jun 15, 2014 21:45:40 GMT 1, Bet365 mate. Guaranteed odds can make a BIG difference. 365 usually tend to be a little more generous odds and don't try and create panic bets by slashing in game odds like the others do.
