Neate valuation ideas..., by funster on Jan 5, 2008 18:00:15 GMT 1, Hi all, does anyone have any feelings on what a Neate 'street' piece might be worth with concrete prov? Its currently off at the framers being put into a nice box frame but is about the size of an A4 piece of paper (before being framed). I've decided to go down a very expensive path which is causing me to make some fairly important and hard decisions, mortgage rates are still high so I'd prefer not to go down that route so I might have to look to other things

Just to clarify though it isn't for sale at the mo, if I feel that by scraping all the acorns together I can afford to do the other thing I'll then be selling some bits and pieces  Thanks for the advice

I do obviously like it a lot and its a lovely thing to own. The reason I'm considering selling is because I've decided to have a career change and become an airline pilot, however, the ยฃ60-ยฃ70k I'd need to pay for the training wont come easily  If I feel I could get enough ยฃ together I'll be going for it, if not I won't sell the pieces at all

True... a mate of mine is doing it now too, he loves it... from professional rugby player to pilot (actually suppose it's not the first time it's happened)
