I was a bit sad watching Spain today, they were the best side I've ever seen, two european championships sandwiched around a World Cup, it'll be a long time till we see essentially the same 11 players do that. If I were Spanish I'd give them a standing ovation and say thanks, that's once in a generation talent, of course was never gonna last forever, sports are too cyclical for that.

But that's football and especially at world cup level, if you don't convert the chances you get the other team will make you pay. Good stuff though boys. Hoping to see England have a win tonight

World cup holders lose to lowest ranked team in world cup, they will get so much flack if it happens. Australia's got nothing to lose so hopefully that pressure on Spain might help us. Silly yellow by Cahill will hurt us though as he's been our man to score. Hopefully he'll walk away with best goal of the world cup as it'll take something magical to beat his. On his non preferred boot too |

Fancied England last night but to be fair they were only on top for spells last night thought Uruguay were the better team all round not just Suarez and his finishing.
