The note is fake, right border much thinner than the left, detail on Diana's face is rubbish - really pixelated and the colour looks to bright.
The sticker is probably real but if a full sheet is worth say. £20-30 then that single one is worth a couple of quid.
Envelope is a printed sig, I went to the 2004 ghetto and I recall them coming in plain envelopes, unsure where this 'signed' envelope thing came from.
You see lots of 'Signed' tenners come up which are all fake, I know of two real signed ones, there may be one or two others but that would be all.

It helps when you begin to collect street art and buy on ebay : never, never, I would not pay 560 quids for a tenner if I had a look before here !
You see , the first man ( Banksyofengland - lol ) sellin the tenner with the sticker and the envloppe, he should go in jails for all these scams, all his selling are tenners !!! Have a look on his feedback ( I like this one : " not sure it's genuine but very carefully packed and fast delivered " ... Lol, a cherry on a fake ! ;-)

I know of two people with signed ones gifted direct from Banksy, I'm sure there will be a couple more... But the people who have them will never sell I guess so any signed ones you see will be fakes.
I was at the Ghetto in 2004 and they didn't come in envelopes like that, I'm positive, from what I remember (getting old) they were plain brown
