I remember when this came out and I told the wife I didnt like the image, and if I win one I will sell it straight away (probably for under 2k back then) or swap for a stop and search. Doesn't seem that long ago and amazing how much his works have increased.
I would think privately you should be able to get one or much less? Good luck with whatever you decide.
