Banksy LA unsigned set of 6 For Sale, by Poppy Sunshine on Jun 16, 2014 11:01:49 GMT 1, Something's come up which means that I will probably need to pull some cash out of the collection pretty soon so please feel free to make offers on this LA set of 6 and anything else I've put up for sale on the forum recently.
Comprising, as you'll know, of Trolley Hunters, Grannies, Applause, Festival, Sale Ends and Morons.
They are all matching numbers and have the original purchase receipts although no COA's as yet. That won't be an issue with the rock solid provenance I have for the original purchaser.
The set has been framed to the best standards by Mr Frameman and I'll try to add photos later.
They are unique in that they have the poodle blindstamp for modern multiples which I believe was only done on the archival and signed sets but I'm sure someone with more knowledge will pull me up on this if it's incorrect.
Not much point quoting old auction prices and I'm not aware of any recent sales for comparison but I would hope a set like this will comfortably drop into the £25 to £30k bracket. I'll await the informed and welcome opinions of forum members with interest and see where we end up.

Getting these to an auction house and offered up for sale in several months time will mean I miss the boat.
Another point being that these would need to sell for something approaching £40k to get me back to £30k after fees etc. I'm really not sure I can see that happening.....can you? I'd love to be wrong.
