They are excellent craftsmen, the prayer wheels, tiles, cubes, fluxx deluxe, the temple. In terms of creating new angles, I'm not so sure they are capable, they have now missed twice in terms of new direction, this child art only works when you prove you can be an adult artist and the laz show with the ladies failed too.
Faile are creative craft workers, they have an established database to work from, but they clearly want to expand their language. I'm not sure the last two efforts worked, it's interesting watching the ride, but they will need to get realistic with pricing soon if the work continues to be an experiment in trying to find some thing new.

I prefer the cars, even they are not really my thing. But they are based on the "classical" faile-style and I think in terms of screenprinting the Patricks are one of the best.
In the new paintings the attempt to tell a story is too much in the foreground. The style with the colourfields is not convincing me.
