I am most interested in the versions with the american and british flags. cheers

There are four versions with the flags for each country the book launches were in (UK, US,JAPAN) and the free entry version. Believe all are runs of 100.

Thanks for the info aldoxzx. I understand that the "Free Entry" version came with the "Trade" version of the book. What exactly does that mean- "trade" version? The flags all make sense due to where the book launches took place, but the trade version baffles me a bit...
