Just in case you aren't only a fan of Urban Art but also of Ai WeiWei and/or Olafur Eliasson. I'm currently selling two special pieces on eBay and like to share the link with you to make sure that these beauties will go into good hands.

By the way - the thread pretty much adressed the right people as there are several other people interested in the pieces, so after all it has not been about hyping my ebay but getting in touch with people that are interested in making some good deal.

The rationale for having a rule, saying no ebay sale links on the forum, in my opinion, is sadly undermined by the way sales on here are now regularly conducted. Such that, no moral high ground can be taken by the members here over those selling on ebay.
When you have "Staff" / Assistant moderators posting ebay links even back in 2010...I do think the rule is somewhat in need of revision together with the rules for selling via this platform, if we are to regain that community vibe:

The sad reality is there are many people who have joined to flog on here (without ebay links), with no intention of adding value to the community.
I also think that before Silky can/would want to change anything, as a community, we need to have a consensus as to what we truly want. If there is genuine appetite for change, I am happy to make the case to Silky for revising the 'selling rules' to this forum - for the benefit of the community.

Every member who cares about this forum as a community, will agree that people who 'join to flog', without any positive contribution to the art discussion, is not the way we want this forum to continue going.
