I Need some advice guys on Pest Control, by Deleted on Sept 7, 2014 17:28:39 GMT 1, Can anyone advise me please if you have ever received a COA from PC for an altered or damaged print or original ?
Whether a portion was damaged and removed, or restored or altered in anyway ?
Did PC issue a COA stating the alteration ? Or state the restoration or damage to the work ? Or state any conditions or condition on the COA ?
I really need your help here guys... Please

I have seen a COA stating that the piece is not in original condition before.I also seen COA's where it states it is a LA Edition instead of the POW Edition. But other LA print COA's don't mention the LA edition.
Sometimes it states the condition and others don't....
