Noll will pay $13,000 in restoration costs as part of a plea agreement. AP is OJ Simpson's lawyer obviously as in the case in question he argued he did follow H&S rules rules. Even Clinton didn't admit to inhaling some would claim it's a System Breakdown particularly in the Yfront area something AP specialises in !!! |

But does that mean that Banksy who mad etha art values the piece a shaving any Financial value or the owner of the wall?
Who would say that the damage means that the art has been devalued?
