What some think and feel is not relevant.... Sorry but that is the most abused point regarding price in sale treads.
Even if its listed for ยฃ600, ยฃ1000 or ยฃ1mill one place its not going to be sold for that!
Recent selling price its what that matter, not what some feel or wish they can get for it!
