edit: I bought the retna braddock print, he was supposed to ship last Fri or Monday, I waited until Thursday nite to check in but no response. I post on here then he writes back saying he is waiting for tubes and offers refund. I accept refund offer, but today no refund, but he has been on here so I opened paypal claim. Now on here he says he was more focused with the big ticket items, so apparently as long as you buy an expensive item you'll be ok... He also said he will not refund money and will let the paypal claim run it's course.
Not a great experience. As I told him a little communication goes a long way... Don't forget the little guys with not so deep pockets

Yes He did pay for the print and I did tell him that I would try to ship it out on Fri or Monday. When I went to ship it out I noticed I didn't have any tubes left so I ordered some. Now this is where I messed up, I did not email or inform him via the forum to let him know. As the seller I should have had much better communication with him to let him know and I could have avoided all this.
He emailed me on Wed and I responded to him Thursday night letting him know what was going on. He emailed me back saying he didn't believe me and to either ship out the print or refund him, about 2 hours later when I had gone to bed he emailed me saying he wanted a refund, when I woke up in the morning he had already filed a claim with paypal. I went ahead and told him that I had given paypal the information and would be refunding him, I never said I wouldn't refund him. I just said that it may take longer because he filed a claim with paypal and not because I wasn't going to refund him but because paypal may take time with the claim.
I called my paypal rep and confirmed that the refund would be going through and was told he should have already been refunded.
I also never said I was focused on the big ticket items just that I have received more messages then I expected and it took more time then I though it would. Quite frankly its B.S. that you would come on here and make these claims, you act like I was trying to scam you out of your money.

He's always been a stand up forum member and buyer/seller/collector. Sounds like a little patience and maybe some member background info would have saved you the trouble justanotherlongboringname.
