The printer might be offering their service for free.
As with a lot of these fund raising for good causes. How much is actually donated always seems to be very vague. It makes some people who want to donate cautious. If they state clearly that they are donating all the money once print costs have been paid. That's fair enough but then some would complain that the printer is profiting.
Emergency fundraising, and only 20? That seems really odd...could easily made many more or timed release/open edition.... Maybe printing more would cost them more money that is if they are not deducting the print costs from sales. The printer might be offering their service for free. Since you appear more interested in the investment part I would advice you to buy art.

Some people on this forum are triggered by the Conor Brothers, I would be careful of listening to anyone who is disparaging about their work and them as people.
Look for even handed advice that addresses your question, whether itโs positive or negative. from as many different places as possible. Then make your own mind up. Itโs your money, you are taking the risk.
I like the CBs but Iโm not looking to add to my collection at this time. They seem to have pushed up their prices and there is too much available.
