FS: Banksy, Pejac, Dran, Gormley, Harrington, Insect, by Greenback on Oct 11, 2014 14:45:45 GMT 1, Need to sell some pieces that aren't going to make the wall for a major incoming purchase.
All of the following are mint and unframed (apart from the Pejac which comes framed). Sensible (near) offers considered on most pieces...
Banksy - Queen Vic (unsigned) - £3,750 I am the 2nd owner of this print, it has been stored flat since purchase and has never been framed. It comes with obligatory COA from Pest Control.
Pejac - Icaro - £2,500 Beautiful small original in graphite and oil purchased directly from the artist. Measuring 58cm x 34cm, this piece has been reframed by the original owner in black (original beech frame will be included). Comes with all paperwork/emails from the artist.
Dran - Art Thief - £2,000 I am the 2nd owner of this, comes with all paperwork from original owner and has been stored flat since purchase. I am not going to place the image on here, but it is one of the better ones so shoot me a PM if interested.
Antony Gormley - Another Place - £1,250 Beautiful etching released by Liverpool Biennial in 2013 and based on the artist's 2005 sculpture of the same name. This is a signed and numbered edition of 100 and comes with a COA. It is still available framed from White Cube for £1,620, so I have tried to price accordingly.
Conor Harrington - Modern Monarchy - £1,600 Mint and unframed with original purchase information from The Outsiders.
Paul Insect - Star Eyes - £350 Stored flat since purchase, never framed with POW order confirmation.
Cash on collection in Central London or Paypal preferred on all these, but will also ship at buyers cost. Please PM me if you have any questions.

May be a bit on the high side, but as you said, you rarely see these offered.

Not sure I've seen any change hands recently, so no idea how it might be valued today.

Not sure I've seen any change hands recently, so no idea how it might be valued today. My guess is most of the Dead Meat prints have settled into collections by now. The editions were relatively small. That, combined with few releases and more attention to his work, and its understandable how things have changed.
Curious to what it sells for though. I know of a Tardis that was recently sold privately and if the sale was legit, this MM is about right.
Just my opinion.

FS: Banksy, Pejac, Dran, Gormley, Harrington, Insect, by theb on Oct 14, 2014 17:20:15 GMT 1, There is another MM on the threads framed from FM for a bit over this, so I would think that the pricing is a tad high, maybe around 1000 to 1300. But just my humble opinion.

FS: Banksy, Pejac, Dran, Gormley, Harrington, Insect, by Deleted on Oct 14, 2014 20:11:49 GMT 1, I'm siding with 'theb' - the price is what people are willing to pay.
I'm not sure where the ~1,500GBP figure is coming from since I've never seen it go for over that amount in USD (i.e. never seen it go over $1,500). I'm interested, but just not gonna happen at 1,500GBP. I guess we'll see if others agree.

FS: Banksy, Pejac, Dran, Gormley, Harrington, Insect, by mutatis on Oct 14, 2014 21:18:43 GMT 1, For what it's worth, there was a Modern Monarchy available from Laz for £1750 around four months ago. If it was available today, who knows whether the price would have been further increased, after all they have seen a steady rise from £350 upon release two and a half years ago. So I'd take that as a summer high that a private seller would not exceed to a clued-up buyer.
Now factor in all the "publicity" and "acclaim" for Conor's recent NYC show and the extremely high level of activity on the secondary market for the two most recent prints, and it is arguable that the perceived value of the print has increased or at the very least has become more desirable as there are more collectors that might be willing to purchase it.
A cynic might sense an attempt to talk down the price, but not I. Nothing wrong with wanting a bargain . Good luck to the seller and I hope MM finds a happy home. Sellers' market, unlike last year as noted above by alittle
I am sure there are others if you search, but of recent, see urbanartassociation.com/thread/119693/conor-harrington-price-guide
(Disclosure - I own one and I love it)
