I have tried to research and see if there was a release, but there are tons of mixed reviews. Most I see have a white border, but I have also heard that most are fake. Just purchased one and am going to ask for a refund as I am 99% sure it is not legit. Bought off eBay from a seller that appears to have all legit stuff. It is on heavy/glossy photo paper. Any insight or links are appreciated...

I know it's genuine as I have all four (Shepard Fairey, KAWS, Barry Mcgee and Perks) and all are same paper, all with border and purchased during Tokion Neo Grafitti project.

I sold it to one of the guys who runs Beautiful Losers back in around 2007/8, then KAWS purchased it back off him. There's a long history behind that particular piece.. KAWS told me it was originally stolen from him.
