I bought a car once, the price was $1k cheaper on the ad than the sticker price. Dealership had to sell to me at that price.

I bought a hand finished conor harrington print on the Laz website a few weeks ago for ยฃ250. Naturally I was very happy until I got a polite email saying sorry it was meant to be ยฃ750! And I was promptly refunded.
As a retailer I can tell you that it is at the retailers discretion whether or not to let you have it at the price advertised/paid. Often they let you but it's only for goodwill.

Unless the print/product has been received by the purchaser, the company can in fact cancel the contract to sell the item. So it's an extra ยฃ35 or no Rogue 11. Seems fair enough as the pre-sale price was ยฃ285 and this appears to be a genuine error. |
