Having subsequently read lots of threads about people taking to framers to be unframed I questsioned the wisdom.
However, I quite easily cut the back, lifted the metal hinge things, removed the back board, mount etc from a MFM frame.
Might have been a stupid thing to attempt and I don't wanna encourage you incase you damage a print - but it was pretty damn easy.
